We are now looking for a Head of Channel Development & Partner Services to build and scale our indirect technology services business. This is a pivotal commercial leadership role where you will design, shape, and grow how our services are taken to market through partners. This is not a maintenance role. It is about creation, structure, and scale. What you will be doing You will take ownership of developing Apogees indirect services proposition and turning it into a repeatable, commercially strong partner model.
You will work across Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure everything we offer through partners is both deliverable and profitable will:
Design and develop repeatable managed service offerings for indirect partners Shape commercially compelling propositions, pricing models, and service documentation Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms with strategic partners Own commercial performance across revenue, margin, and growth for the indirect channel Build and develop relationships with key partners across Managed Print Services, Managed Service Providers, HP ecosystem partners, and wider technology organisations Enable partners to successfully position and sell Apogee services Identify new revenue opportunities through service expansion and partner growth Work closely with operational teams to ensure services are deliverable, scalable, and efficient Resolve commercial or delivery challenges where needed, balancing customer expectations with operational reality Build and manage a healthy pipeline and use data to drive performance improvement A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break.
This is a remote role, with occasional travel required for meetings in our offices and with partners. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Strong experience in Technology Services, Managed Services, or Managed Print Services A proven track record of building or shaping commercial service propositions Confidence negotiating complex commercial agreements and contracts Experience working within indirect or partner-led sales environments Ownership of commercial outcomes, including revenue and margin accountability Strong collaboration experience with operational delivery teams We value candidates with AI literacy individuals who are curious about technology, comfortable exploring automation, and eager to contribute to a modern, forward-thinking business.
