Sr. Analyst GTM Strategy & Operations United Kingdom

Overview

Kaseya is looking for a Sr. Analyst Strategy, Planning, & Analytics to focus on strategic and operational initiatives impacting our customer base and customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with an operational bend who loves B2B tech and wants to optimize growing business lines. They will use data-driven and AI-enabled insights to shape company priorities and inform decision-making across multiple teams and functions.

This role will support strategy for customer-facing functions, including New Customer Acquisition, Account Management, Marketing, and Product for the International Business. The role reports directly to the Snr Manager:
International Strategy, Planning, & Analytics. This individual will help influence and drive the strategic direction of the company.

• Support and drive strategic and operational initiatives by developing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion across international markets
• Apply AI-enabled analytics and advanced techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, segmentation, automation) to enhance decision-making, forecasting accuracy, and GTM effectiveness
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) and global counterparts to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable outputs
• Build and maintain scalable reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking tools, incorporating automation and AI where appropriate
• Support pipeline analysis, forecasting, and strategic assessment of performance and optimisation opportunities (e.g., renewals, churn risk), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across regions
• Lead or support project work streams as needed, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership, through structured presentations and reporting

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, GTM operations, or similar roles within a SaaS or B2B technology organization.

• MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field a plus
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue business models; familiarity with B2B software strongly preferred
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to work across multiple data sources; advanced Excel required
• Experience using reporting, visualization, or analytics tools to deliver business insights (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Thinkcell)
• Demonstrated experience applying AI / machine learning tools or techniques in a business context (e.g., forecasting, segmentation, automation, or insight generation)
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to apply a quantitative lens to strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and work collaboratively across functions
