University of Reading is seeking a permanent Student Complaints Officer to join the SCAR team. The role supports the Student Complaints, Appeals and Regulation processes and ensures alignment with university policies. The post is full-time, permanent, 35 hours per week, grade 6, with salary £36,636–£46,049.
You will work across OIA requests, complaints procedures, and equality and recruitment commitments, providing advice to staff and students and helping to implement best practice.
