Primark is seeking a Transformation Change Analyst – Customer Availability to partner with cross-functional teams and guide change across initiatives. You’ll conduct impact analyses, stakeholder mapping, and readiness activities to support successful adoption.
Hybrid role with 2–3 days in the office; you’ll harness data to generate insights, coordinate workshops, and help track progress while working with Change Managers, SMEs, and impacted teams to deliver a consistent experience.
