Ventula Consulting in Reading is seeking a skilled Change Analyst to support a major transformation programme in the utilities sector. You will assess change impacts, develop engagement plans and help ensure new processes, systems and ways of working are adopted across the organisation.
Working with project teams and business stakeholders, you’ll develop training materials, support user adoption and monitor progress to continuously improve change initiatives within a regulated industry.
