Join Neos Networks as a Delivery Support Coordinator Are you a highly organised and proactive coordinator with strong analytical and administrative skills? Do you enjoy improving processes, supporting teams, and helping deliver exceptional customer outcomes? We're looking for a Delivery Support Coordinator to join our Customer Delivery team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Delivery function by maintaining processes, reporting, governance information, and operational tools that enable the team to operate consistently and effectively.
You'll work closely with the Delivery Support Manager and Customer Delivery Management team, providing administration, analysis, coordination, and communication support across a range of projects, onboarding activities, reporting requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support business continuity planning by maintaining documentation, tracking actions, and identifying areas requiring updates.
- Maintain and update systems, procedures, and process documentation to support operational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on Customer Delivery processes, resolving routine queries and escalating complex issues where appropriate.
- Identify service shortfalls, process inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and issues that could impact service delivery or team performance.
- Produce reports, management information, and analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Deliver training, inductions, and supporting documentation for new systems, processes, and new starters.
- Monitor and report on team activities, utilisation, trends, and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and distribute communications, updates, briefing materials, and other information across the wider Delivery team.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the wider Neos Networks business.
Essential
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Experience providing administrative, analytical, or coordination support within an operational, customer delivery, or service-focused environment.
- Experience maintaining process documentation and preparing reports.
- Ability to use data and insights to support decision-making.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- A-Levels or vocational qualifications in Business Administration, IT, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of process management, governance, quality standards, or operational best practices.
- Experience supporting onboarding, training, or internal communications.
