We're building a new Capital Efficiency team and looking for strategic thinkers who bring challenge, curiosity and fresh perspective. You may come from water, energy, transport, rail, construction, utilities or another asset-intensive sector.
What matters most is your ability to connect complex programmes, people and insight to help leaders make better decisions.
You'll work alongside senior leaders, influence investment priorities and help drive efficiency across our Water or Waste portfolio.

As a Portfolio Capital Efficiency Lead, you will:
- Act as the strategic capital efficiency lead for either our Water or Waste portfolio, working closely with Sponsor Directors to translate agreed portfolio priorities into focused efficiency activity.
- Provide insight, challenge and recommendations that help shape decision-making at a senior leadership level.
