We’re looking for a Head of Delivery to take ownership of major, business-critical client programmes, leading them from demand and planning through to delivery and commercial performance.

This is a high-profile role where you’ll work across Cornerstone, its customers, suppliers and senior leadership teams to create alignment, tackle complexity and ensure programmes deliver what they promise.

Our programmes sit at the heart of delivering for our customers and achieving our wider business ambitions.

You’ll have genuine end-to-end ownership, ensuring complex programmes are well planned, commercially sound and successfully delivered. You’ll connect the dots between customer demand, operational delivery, commercial performance and governance, making sure teams remain focused on the outcomes that matter.

Beyond successful delivery today, you’ll also help shape what comes next, identifying opportunities to improve how we work, strengthen customer relationships and expand our portfolio over the longer term.

Take end-to-end accountability for multiple projects and programme work streams, ensuring scope, milestones and business outcomes are delivered against agreed plans.

Turn strategy into action

Build and manage robust programme plans that translate strategic priorities and customer demand into clear, achievable delivery outcomes.

Lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across customers, suppliers, internal teams and senior leadership, creating alignment around shared goals.

Influence at the highest level

Provide clear, concise programme updates and recommendations to executive stakeholders, with exposure extending to CEO and Board-level reporting.

Take accountability for programme P&L, forecasting and cost control, working closely with Finance and Commercial teams to deliver against financial targets.

Stay ahead of risk

Own programme RAID management, identifying and resolving risks, actions, issues and dependencies before they impact delivery.

Lead resources and suppliers

Oversee resource forecasting, deployment and performance while holding suppliers and delivery partners accountable for their commitments.

Drive performance and improvement

Create a high-performance culture through clear objectives, constructive feedback, regular performance reviews and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.

Deliver with confidence

Ensure programmes operate within the right commercial, contractual, regulatory and compliance frameworks, including Health & Safety, Environmental, Business Continuity and Information Security requirements.

You’ll bring:

• Significant senior-level programme delivery experience, ideally within telecoms, infrastructure or another large-scale regulated environment.
