• You’ll lead the design and delivery of OSS data exchange and interface solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural principles, operational requirements, and business objectives.
• You’ll gather, analyse, and translate complex technical and business requirements into effective integration and interface designs.
• You’ll create, review, and govern key technical artefacts, including High‑Level Designs (HLDs), Low‑Level Designs (LLDs), test strategies, and Transfer to Operations (TTO) documentation.
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams, business partners, system integrators, and vendors to deliver solutions throughout the full project lifecycle.
• You’ll ensure all deliveries meet operational acceptance criteria, contractual commitments, technical KPIs, and agreed milestones.
• You’ll provide technical guidance on risk management, issue resolution, resource planning, and budgeting activities.
• You’ll establish and maintain data standards, governance frameworks, and integration practices that support consistency and data quality across platforms.
