We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Acceleration Co-ordination Manager to provide the operational backbone of our Acceleration Team.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines delivery coordination, programme governance, information management, reporting and digital process improvement. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex activities, keeping teams organised, turning information into meaningful management insight and finding smarter ways of working.
This is not a traditional Project Manager or a purely administrative PMO role. You will play a central part in ensuring the Acceleration Team operates efficiently, with effective governance, accurate reporting, clear accountability and well-managed information.
Working closely with acceleration leads, intervention managers and wider stakeholders, you will coordinate sprint activities, manage actions and risks, maintain key programme information and produce high-quality reporting to support decision-making. You will also help develop the team's digital capability, using Microsoft tools to improve reporting, automate processes and reduce administrative effort.
For the right candidate, this role offers an opportunity to build on existing project support, PMO or business operations experience while developing practical skills in Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.
Please note: Active SC (Security Check) clearance is an essential requirement for this position.
