Thisrolesuitssomeonewhocanmovebetweenstrategicanalysisandhands-oncoordination:buildingreports,trackingexperiments,organisinglaunchesandcreatingpracticalprocessesthathelpteamsworkefficiently.
- Buildandmaintaindashboards,reportsandregularbusinessreviewsusingSQL,Excelor Google Sheets ,and Tableauorsimilartools.
- Analyseprogramperformance,answerbusinessquestionsandshareclearrecommendations.
- Supportthedesignandmeasurementofexperimentsandpilots,includingsizingopportunitiesandsummarisingresults.
- Coordinate cross-functionalworkstreams,trackingowners,timelines,dependenciesandopenissues.
- Supportin-personanddigitaleventorcontentproduction,fromplanningandlogisticsthroughdelivery.
- Turnprogramgoalsintoclearrequirements,processdocumentationandoperationalplaybooks.
- Preparedecks,one-pagersandstatusupdatesforstakeholders.
- Identifyprocessgapsandcreatepracticaltoolsortemplatestohelpteamsworkmoreeffectively.
- 8–10years’experienceinbusinessoperations,strategy,analytics,consultingorprogrammanagement.
- Adegreeorequivalentprofessionalexperience.
- Stronganalyticalskillsandhands-onexperiencewith
Excelor Google Sheetsand SQL. - Experience with Tableauorasimilarbusinessintelligencetool.
- Atrackrecordofmanagingmultipleprojectsandprioritieswithstrongorganisationandattentiontodetail.
- Experiencesupportingeventorcontentproduction,includingcoordinatingvendors,timelinesandlogistics.
- Clearwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withconfidencepresentingdataandrecommendations.
- Experienceworkingcross-functionallywithproduct,marketingordatascienceteams.
- Aproactive,curiousapproachandconfidenceworkinginanevolvingenvironment.
Experiencewithmarketplaces,membership,loyalty,incentiveormerchandisingprograms,andworkingacrossmultiplegeographies,wouldbeanadvantage.
Working arrangementsThisisaUKremoterole.
Occasionaltraveltoanoffice,teamoffsiteorin-marketlocationmayberequiredbyagreementwiththemanager.
