Coinford is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to lead teams on major RC frame and groundworks projects. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of groundworks operations and a proven ability to deliver high-quality safe and on-programme works
.

• Lead and manage groundworks teams ensuring safety quality and productivity
• Conduct risk assessments toolbox talks and briefings on site
• Plan and ensure correct plant materials and sub-contractors are on site to meet programme requirements
• Supervise excavation drainage ground beams sub-structure concrete external works road formation oversite slabs and cut/fill earthworks
• Safely manage works around buried services
• Interpret drawings programmes and specifications converting them into practical site operations
• Engage with operatives to maintain H&S quality and production standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and site management demonstrating strong commercial awareness

• Extensive experience in RC frame and groundworks operations
• Proven leadership of groundworks teams and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes and site delivery
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable punctual and safety-focused
• Right to work in the UK
