The Opportunity
A strong opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing housing partnerships contractor delivering residential-led developments across the South East.
This role offers long-term stability, repeat framework work and the chance to work within a collaborative partnership environment.
You’ll take responsibility for commercial delivery across live projects, working closely with construction, technical and client teams to ensure cost control, value and programme certainty throughout the project lifecycle.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the commercial delivery of partnership housing projects.
* Preparing budgets, forecasts and cost plans.
* Procuring subcontract packages and managing supply chain relationships.
* Assessing valuations, variations and payment applications.
* Completing monthly CVRs and commercial reporting.
* Supporting final accounts and commercial close-out.
* Working closely with site, technical and client-side teams.
About You
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment.
* Background in residential or partnership housing preferred.
* Strong understanding of procurement, cost control and reporting.
* Confident communicator with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Organised, commercially aware and detail focused.
* Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent experience.
