South (Birmingham down)

Remuneration: £50,000 + £15,000 bonus

• Field sales position selling a high quality range of roofing & waterproofing systems, such as single ply membranes, felt systems, hot & liquid applied waterproofing, ancillary and accessories.
• Sell to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors, building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants (e.g., Jewsons, MKM, IBNG).
• Develop and manage an established area turnover (circa £3.5m).
• Maintain a good blend of account management and new business development.

• Must have sold a similar building envelope or roofing solution (e.g., guttering, roof tiles, insulation, flat roofing, pitched roofing, cladding, facades).
• Must have sold to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors, building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants.
• Genuine get up and go, hungry and desire to earn.
• Results oriented, hungry and enthusiastic.
