What youll be doing as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor Supporting with the Commercial Assurance of Major Projects and Programmes Contracts. Challenge and agreement of small-value project Tenders. Ensuring that payments are made on time and in accordance with the Contract for your given portfolio of Projects. Assessing Variations under the relevant Contracts on assigned portfolio. Attending site meetings on site.
Data collecting the relevant Contracts on assigned portfolio. Auditing and agreeing on Project Accounts. Base

Reading Hybrid Working Pattern or hours: 36 hours
