Are you an Estimator with experience in single ply roofing systems looking for a technically involved role within a long-established specialist contractor offering full project ownership and a unique workload?

For over 30 years, this company has delivered specialist roofing solutions across the construction sector, building a strong reputation and generating over £3m in annual turnover. Due to continued demand and a strong pipeline of projects, they are now looking to strengthen their Estimating team.

In this office-based role, you will act as a key figure within the pre‑construction process, taking ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission. Working within a close‑knit team, you will be responsible for assessing technical drawings and specifications, pricing complex roofing projects, and producing accurate, competitive tenders.

This role would suit an Estimator with roofing experience who is looking for a senior position within a specialist contractor, offering autonomy and full project ownership.

• Liaise with clients and suppliers to clarify requirements and pricing
• Support projects through the full pre‑construction process

• Estimator or similar with single ply membrane experience
• Commute to Reading
