Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Civils & Groundworks

Projects within 1 hour of Reading

Position:
Hybrid Working Available

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in:

• Civils
• Groundworks
• Formwork
• Reinforced Concrete (RC) Frames
• Deep Drainage
• All aspects of Groundworks

The ideal candidate will have experience working on all aspects of Groundworks and be confident managing commercial aspects from procurement through to final accounts.

• Proven QS experience within civils and groundwork packages
• Strong knowledge of RC frame and deep drainage works
• Experience on high-end residential developments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Hybrid working arrangement
• Projects located within 1 hour of Reading
