In this office-based role, you will receive full training to develop into a fully-fledged specialist in commercial flat roofing estimation. You will support the pre-construction process from initial enquiry through to tender submission. Working closely with an experienced team, you will learn how to assess technical roofing drawings and specifications, price roofing works, liaise with suppliers and clients and produce competitive tenders for a range of specialist projects.

This role would suit an Estimator from a construction background who is looking to become specialised within a well-established commercial roofing contractor offering training, progression, and project involvement.

The Role Support the preparation of detailed cost estimates for roofing projects Liaise with clients and suppliers to clarify requirements and pricing support projects through the full pre-construction process
