Caralex Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to enhance the commercial department for a reputable new build residential developer in Reading, UK. You will manage sites across Berkshire and nearby counties, supported by a trainee Quantity Surveyor.
The successful candidate should ideally have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a house builder or main contractor. Strong skills in cost control, estimation, and planning are essential.
