Berkeley Group is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for Reading Riverworks, a two-phase development delivering 200+ homes through to 2028. You’ll coordinate internal works, align with the Senior Site Team, and drive safety, quality and timely delivery on a busy, high-standard site.
You’ll work with subcontractors to resolve on-site challenges, maintain schedules and ensure regulatory compliance while upholding Berkeley values and customer satisfaction across the project.
