Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor for a regional main contractor in Reading, delivering projects across the commercial, education, defence and healthcare sectors valued up to £30 million.
You will oversee up to three live or preconstruction projects, manage a team of surveyors, and report to the Commercial Manager. Requirements include a BSc Quantity Surveying or HNC and experience with JCT and NEC contracts; UK right to work.
