Tech-People is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for an on-site role in Reading, delivering commercial management on fit-out projects. You will review contract documents, manage costs, valuations and invoicing, and identify commercial risks while liaising with clients and subcontractors.
A background in D&B or fit-out, and 6–10 years of relevant experience, are essential for this position. On-site attendance five days a week is required, with full UK driving licence preferred to support
