Core Group is Hiring Construction Manager
Core Group is currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager for our client s project in the Reading area.
Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Reading, RG6
Pay Rate: £350 £ 400 per day (Negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: Monday Friday
Duration: 16 Weeks
Start Date: September
Requirements:
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
- Valid CSCS Card
- EHS or IOSH qualification
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager on construction projects
Duties Include:
- Overseeing all day-to-day construction activities on site
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring quality, progress, and programme deadlines
- Coordinating with the client, project team, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
