URGENT REQUIREMENT
Site Supervisor 6 Week Contract Fitout
We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee a small fit out project in Central Reading, starting 24th August for a 6-week duration. This is a hands-on role managing a small team of subcontractors on a live site, working closely with a client who will remain in occupation throughout the works.
Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Coordination
Supervise day-to-day site activities, managing 24 subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Health & Safety Management
Maintain high standards of site safety, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and carrying out regular checks across all activities.
Toolbox Talks & Workforce Briefings
Deliver toolbox talks and daily briefings, ensuring all operatives are aware of site procedures and safety requirements.
Site Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate site records including daily site diaries, progress updates, and any incidents or variations.
