Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee a small fit out project in Central Reading, starting 24th August for a 6-week duration. This is a hands‑on role managing a small team of subcontractors on a live site, working closely with a client who will remain in occupation throughout the works.

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities, managing 2–4 subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

• Maintain high standards of site safety, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and carrying out regular checks across all activities.

• Deliver toolbox talks and daily briefings, ensuring all operatives are aware of site procedures and safety requirements.

• Maintain accurate site records including daily site diaries, progress updates, and any incidents or variations.
• Act as the key point of contact for the client on‑site, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while maintaining site security and control at all times.

• Must have valid SSSTS
• Must have valid First Aid at Work
• Must have proven experience supervising fit out or small‑scale construction projects
• Must be based within a commutable distance of Reading
