The Surfacing Contracts Manager will oversee multiple surfacing projects, managing them from initiation through to completion. Based across [local/regional] projects, the role involves hands-on management, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

• Leading and managing surfacing projects from start to finish.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Preparing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensuring all sites adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Managing site teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Monitoring progress and addressing any issues to ensure projects remain on track.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in surfacing or civil engineering contract management, ideally gained within a smaller company. They will be a proactive and adaptable professional, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
