We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead the successful delivery of projects valued between 250,000 and 1 million across South Wales, South West England, and the M4 Corridor. In this role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily site operations on water infrastructure and environmental projects.
  • Prepare and implement RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
  • Plan, manage, and monitor project programmes and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Complete all associated site administration and reporting.
  • Procure and manage materials.
  • Coordinate, supervise, and manage subcontractors.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
  • SMSTS certification.
  • First Aid at Work qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Previous experience managing civil engineering, water infrastructure, or environmental projects.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
