Graduate Building Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a professional firm of Chartered Surveyors in Reading who specialise in building, construction, and property issues within the private and public sector. They are now looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to provide support to the Surveying team on a good mix of professional and project work. They can offer structured APC support with good ongoing scope for career progression.

Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate Building Surveyor:

• Assist with project and professional surveying duties working with public and private sector clients
• Assist with design, project management and contract administration on various projects
• Assist with specification writing, tendering
• Building and condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall

Skills & Experience of the Graduate Building Surveyor:

• Degree in Building Surveying
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Passion to start / progress through APC
• Creative problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits:
