Chartered Building Surveyor

Chartered Building Surveyor Berkshire £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits Ashbys Consulting are currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor holding at least 3 years post MRICS experience. (You must be MRICS for this position). The candidate will be joining a growing team in a busy and varied environment providing support to the Surveying Technical Director on a wide range of projects from Residential and Commercial buildings in all forms of construction.

The company are a large multi-disciplinary practice operating in 10 regional offices across the UK. They specialise in construction and property issues for commercial and private clients, the public sector and insurance sector. Experince needed

Party Wall Experience in negotiation, supervisory and leadership roles

Working to deadlines and within budgets on large scale projects

Understanding of CDM Regs 2015, Party Wall and Building Regs legislation3 years post MRICS qualification experience
