Senior Project Manager

We are recruiting for a passionate, driven and commercially minded Senior Project Manager to join our busy and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career with Ridge, working from our Reading office on a varied portfolio of projects across the Thames Valley and beyond, including prestigious historic building commissions, complex cladding remediation schemes and education projects that make a real difference to local communities.

You will be joining a collaborative team that combines technical expertise, strong client relationships and a practical approach to delivering high-quality built environment projects.

What you need to do to be effective in this role

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion
• Building trusted relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and wider project stakeholders
• Supporting the delivery of historic building, cladding remediation, education and wider public and private sector projects
• Developing clear project documentation, programmes, reports, risk registers and decision records
• Attending, chairing and recording meetings, ensuring actions are captured and progressed
• Producing concise and professional reports to suit the relevant stage of each project.
