We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a large embankment stabilisation project in Reading managing the overall programme and delivery. Previous Site Management experience is essential, ideally within civil engineering, infrastructure or rail projects. You will need to have experience managing sub contractors and health and safety on site whilst working in a live operational environment. Piling and drainage experience would be beneficial for this role.
Duties- Manage short and long-term programme planning
- Oversee health & safety compliance and documentation
- Support financial reporting and performance
- Lead self-delivery of road construction package
- Liaise with site engineers, QS team, and Contracts Manager
