Rob Apps Phone: A dynamic, forward-thinking and growing main contractor with a turnover of circa 200m have an excellent opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a project in Reading, Berkshire.

The company have been around for approximately 10 years and have continuously grown from strength to strength. They are privately owned and managed by a dynamic team with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry.

They specialise in the delivery of new build projects across industrial, retail, commercial and infrastructure sectors, between 5m to 30m in value. They offer their key clients services nationwide; they have some excellent lasting relationships and win a lot of repeat business as a result.

They are looking for a Project Surveyor to work on an 10m new build industrial and commercial project in Reading. The Project Surveyor will be supported by a full commercial team on site and the project will last for approximately 30 weeks. Project Surveyor:
Ideally Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification

Extensive experience working for a reputable main contractor

Ideally have a track record working on industrial and commercial projects

Steel frame experience is ideal

Excellent commercial skills and awareness

Full UK drivers’ license
