Senior Quantity Surveyor: Hands-On Project Control Lead
RTL Group Ltd in the North West is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a temp-to-perm basis. The role is hands-on, taking ownership from pre-construction and tendering through to live project control, CVRs and final accounts.
You will implement a single commercial process across estimating, surveying, operations and accounts, review NEC/JCT contracts, manage variations, EOTs and claims, and produce monthly CVRs for Directors.
