We're looking for a Construction Management Graduate to join our team based in the Basingstoke region.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: 40 hours per week
Starting Salary: £31,000 per annum + Car Allowance (on some contracts)
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
Starting date: September 2027

As a Graduate Construction Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects, ensuring they're delivered on time and to the highest quality. This role is perfect for a recent graduate eager to launch a rewarding career in construction management. Whatwill you be responsible for?
As a Graduate Construction Manager, you'll be working within the construction team, supporting them in delivering successful construction projects.
Your day to day will include:- Assisting in the overall management and coordination of construction projects from start to finish
- Supporting the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring project progress, including schedules, costs, and quality control measures
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution
- Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, safety logs, and material deliveries

- You hold a degree in Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline
- You demonstrate a genuine interest in pursuing a career in construction management with clear motivation to learn and develop professionally
- You can prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively whilst maintaining high standards
- You work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating collaboration, reliability, and respect for others
- You hold a full driving licence
