BerkshireI have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join an award-winning small to medium sized developer on a permanent basis, initially working on luxury houses and apartments across Berkshire.
The company have been operating for over decades and have earned a great reputation with their clients for delivering beautiful, popular housing developments.
The company currently has a strong line of upcoming work, with contracts ranging from 10m to 80m in value.
They are looking for experienced Site Managers that have a strong track record of overseeing new build housing schemes of similar value. Ideally you will have all round construction knowledge and have experience of RC frames, ground-works and concrete.
Site Manager:
Strong track record of managing Housing / Residential schemes
Residential background
Excellent all round residential / construction knowledge and experience RC frame experience
Experience of traditional build houses
Strong understanding on UK building regulations
Excellent management skills with the ability to get the best out of full site teams
Full UK drivers’ license
