Senior Refurbishment Project Manager — Environments
OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead refurbishment and building services projects across national government frameworks. You will oversee multiple live projects up to £5 million, including office refurbishments, fit-outs, HVAC upgrades and building fabric works in occupied spaces.
You will coordinate design development, tendering, construction, commissioning and handover, working closely with Operations and Pre-Construction teams.
