Position: Fit out Site Manager (No.1)
No 1 Site Manager – Cat A Fit Out – Reading

Our client is  currently seeking an experienced No 1 Site Manager / Fit Out Site Manager for a two-floor Cat A fit-out project in Reading

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Fit Out Site Manager with a strong background in commercial office fit out projects who can take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

Role – No 1 Site Manager / Fit Out Site Manager

Location – Reading

Project – Two Floor Cat A Commercial Fit Out

Responsibilities

Take full responsibility as No 1 Site Manager on a two-floor Cat A fit out project

Manage and coordinate all site activities as the lead Fit Out Site Manager

Oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure the fit out programme is maintained

Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed across the fit out site

Coordinate deliveries, site logistics and daily site operations

Monitor quality of workmanship throughout the Cat A fit out

Work closely with the project team to ensure the fit out project is delivered on programme

Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates

Maintain high standards of site management, housekeeping and organisation

Ensure all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and project requirements

Requirements

Proven experience working as a No 1 Site Manager or Fit Out Site Manager

Strong background in commercial Cat A office fit out projects

Previous experience managing multi floor fit out projects

Excellent subcontractor management and site coordination skills

Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements within commercial fit out

Ability to manage the fit out programme and drive progress on site
