Thames Water is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead a team of up to 40 QS across AMP
8. You will ensure contractual compliance, develop procurement strategies and manage budgets on major projects up to £400m per year. Hybrid role with base in Reading, requiring chartered status or RICS knowledge and strong stakeholder engagement.
You will mentor staff, provide commercial dispute advice and support the Head of Commercial in strategy and governance, delivering value to customers.
