- Proven commercial management experience within Utilities, Energy, Infrastructure or Construction
. - Strong working knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts
, contract administration and commercial risk management. - Experience managing project budgets, subcontractor packages, cost control, forecasting and profitability.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence to take commercial ownership, identify opportunities and drive project performance.
- A commercially astute, ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.
