  • Managing and organising incoming picture, sound and production materials
  • Tracking picture versions, updates and change notes to ensure everyone is working from the correct materials
  • Preparing and maintaining Pro Tools sessions using agreed workflows and templates
  • Importing and organising picture, audio and supporting materials
  • Checking sync, timecode, file formats and other technical requirements
  • Assembling production sound for Dialogue Editors
  • Supporting picture conforms and re‑conforms following editorial changes
  • Preparing materials for Dialogue, ADR, Foley, Sound Effects and Mix teams
  • Supporting recording sessions, reviews and mixes where required
  • Assisting with basic editorial tasks under the direction of experienced Editors and Supervisors
  • Managing project media, file structures, metadata and version information
  • Carrying out quality checks on sessions, media and deliverables
  • Supporting exports, turnovers, archiving and project delivery
  • Liaising with picture editorial, production and sound teams and escalating any issues or missing materials.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is technically curious, highly organised and passionate about sound.

You’ll Ideally Have
  • Working knowledge of Pro Tools and basic audio editing
  • An understanding of audio and post-production fundamentals, including file formats, sample rates, frame rates and timecode
  • Strong file management and general IT skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A genuine interest in sound and post-production for film, television or games.

Previous experience in sound post‑production or a related environment would be advantageous, as would familiarity with tools such as Reaper, iZotope RX or Sound Miner.

Knowledge of workflows involving ADR, Foley, sound effects, conforms, AAFs, EDLs or production‑sound metadata would also be beneficial.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, takes ownership of their work and wants to build a career in sound post‑production.
