Senior Designer, Brand and AI Systems

This role asks for a designer who owns a brand across every marketing surface and also builds the systems that let others apply it without a designer present. A strong candidate brings years of brand design at a fast growing tech company, deep Figma and Adobe skills, and a portfolio showing a system that scaled cleanly. Comfort with light scripting, HTML or CSS and AI coding tools matters, since turning repeatable work into templates and automations is central.

Much of the routine production, such as resizing, localising and generating variants, shifts toward AI assisted workflows and templates, so the designer spends less time on repetition. What stays human is judgment: art direction, typography, deciding when to say no, and setting the guardrails that keep AI output on brand. The role sits where brand craft and tool building meet, which is increasingly how design teams scale.

The job offers hands on practice with generative image, video, audio and layout tools inside real campaigns, plus evaluating new tools and sharing what works.
