Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 plus one in four Saturdays 08:00 to 13:00

Job Type: Full time permanent

Immediate opening for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy passenger car aftersales team in Reading. You will maximise workshop capacity by booking and managing service and repair work, keep customers updated, and identify additional work opportunities in a professional dealership environment.

What you will do

Book vehicles into the workshop to match capacity and customer availability
Deal with customers face to face and by phone, keeping them updated on times and costs
Produce accurate job cards estimates invoices and warranty paperwork
Identify additional work and convert opportunities professionally and ethically
Liaise with parts and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow and on time repairs
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up where needed
What we need from you

Previous experience as a Service Advisor Aftersales Advisor or similar role in a dealership
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good organisational ability and accuracy with job cards and paperwork
Commercial awareness and confidence discussing additional work with customers
Kerridge experience advantageous but not essential
