Are you friendly, organised, and great with people? A leading student accommodation provider is looking for a confident Resident Advisor to join their team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a vibrant student community while gaining valuable front‑of‑house experience.

• Pay: £12.22 per hour

As the first point of contact for residents, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment. Your day‑to‑day work will include:

• Delivering excellent customer service in person, over email, and by phone
• Handling queries and helping residents find the right solutions
• Supporting the smooth running of the front desk and wider site
• Ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Previous front‑of‑house or reception experience
• Strong customer service skills in a people‑focused environment
• Confident IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
• The ability to handle queries calmly and professionally
• Clear, confident communication — written and verbal
• Great organisation and time management
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach
• A friendly, approachable manner and strong interpersonal skills
