Outbound Customer Service Executive, Reading

Manage outbound communications with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Make outgoing phone calls to customers to resolve ongoing issues and complaints
Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Provide detailed information about products and services when required.
