Our client is looking for a Customer Success‑focused Delivery Specialist to support customers across their lifecycle, with particular emphasis on customer health, proactive engagement, and onboarding success
.
This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Support, and Service Delivery and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning customer relationships, spotting risk early, and ensuring customers realise long‑term value from the service.
What you’ll do- Own customer health for a portfolio of accounts, running structured check‑ins and success touchpoints
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, managing Tier 1 queries where needed
- Identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improved customer outcomes
- Support customer data migrations as part of onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer health data, activity, and notes in Hub Spot
- Capture and elevate customer feedback to Product and Operations teams
- 3–6 years’ experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or a similar role
- Strong customer communication and relationship‑management skills
- Experience using CRM platforms (Hub Spot preferred)
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with technical and delivery teams
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive in managing multiple accounts
Nice to have: SaaS experience, regulated or data‑driven environments, onboarding or implementation exposure.
