Overview

This role is dedicated to a single strategic account and involves coordination of customer requests, quotations, order entry and order fulfilment coordination between the customer and our internal Provide teams (VBSE and UK Provide). This is a customer facing role and a core member of the dedicated account and PMO team.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing “front door” for new Service User service requests (SRQ) coming into Vodafone vi the DCC process (initially manual, in time via portal
    -DCC SNOW)
  • Validating request, liaising with customer if fails validation, and entering into Vodafone provisioning process/order forms as required (again likely to automate over time)
  • Initiating feasibility request, chasing completion, and using output to complete standard template quotes back to customer under agreed commercial principles provided and overseen by account commercial function
  • Establishing direct communications with UK Provide Order Analyst and VBSE to enable a weekly WIP report to be managed and updates provided to customer for in flight orders
  • Overseeing Order analyst engagement with DCC to coordinate site access and surveys.
  • Providing updates via customer portal (DCC SNOW) as defined by agreed processes.
  • Supporting the compilation of SSD documentation, using agreed templates overseen by aligned TSA resources.
  • Coordinating of go-live and ready for service processes (AILS), ensuring service request transitions to in life and billing successfully
  • Ownership of order related DCC SLA’s & aligning teams to adhere to SLA’s
  • Maintenance of agreed delivery metrics to support programme management reporting

Initiate & support continuous improvement of service catalogue and order processes.
