The role

Guests Hosts are the face of Oxygen, they are the first person our guests and visitors see, beaming their killer watt smiles and greeting everyone like they are friends and family of the park. Guest Hosts set the tone for the customer journey, helping the kids feel excited and the parents and adults feel assured and confident about the experience they are all about to have.

Being friendly, organised and professional are key to being successful in this role.

High energy and a positive outlook will help during the busy and quitter times. You have the first opportunity to make moments that matter, from smooth check-in, to sign‑posting the park, to building the excitement and anticipation. You will also talk about and sell upcoming events, current additional activities to ensure everyone makes the most out of their time with us.

You’ll work closely with the other teams in the café, on courts and in parties to ensure clear communication and the very best customer experience there is on the planet.
