The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and professional dealership in Reading. This is a customer-focused role offering a great work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours and strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

* Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process.

* Booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing, maintenance, and repair work.

* Providing accurate updates on vehicle progress and managing customer expectations.

* Preparing job cards and ensuring all required information is recorded accurately.

* Liaising closely with the workshop team to ensure work is completed efficiently.

* Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.

* Handling customer queries and resolving any issues professionally.

* Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Confident using dealership management systems and computer software.

* Full UK driving licence.
