Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, Recreation & Leisure, HelpDesk/Support
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Contract/duration: 8-week seasonal cover for Summer (end date: 7 September 2026)
Hours/working pattern: 15 hours per week, including weekend and evening working (evening working would be Fridays and Saturdays only)

What it’s like to work hereReporting to the Senior Visitor Experience Officer, you’ll be part of a team delivering great visitor experiences at the Thames Valley Group (Basildon Park, Greys Court, Nuffield Place). The role will be primarily based at Basildon Park and Greys Court, though some cover at Nuffield Place may be required.
Basildon Park is a 400‑acre estate near Reading with picturesque parkland walks and a restored 18th‑century mansion house. Greys Court, near Henley‑on‑Thames, features a 16th‑century house set in the grounds of a medieval fortified residence, with beautiful walled gardens and estate walks. Nuffield Place, between Henley‑on‑Thames and Wallingford, is the curiosity‑filled former home of William Morris, founder of Morris Motors, and his wife Elizabeth.
What you’ll be doingDay to day, you’ll deliver a great all‑round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listening to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can. You’ll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience – no two days are the same.
