Job Summary
As the Spa Receptionist at the Bamford Spa, you will make the first impression for each guest, assist them in booking treatments, and recommend products that match their needs, ensuring a luxurious experience.
Responsibilities- Make the first impression with each spa guest.
- Assist guests in booking treatments and selecting products.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Passionate about hospitality, spas, and exceptional guest service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team player, flexible, detail-oriented.
- Flexible to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
